How It Works

Run 20 Minutes

Run daily minimum for a 20 Minutes. You can mix walking with running as you feel comfortable. There is no upper limit, but participants are advised to use discretion and run / walk a time which they are comfortable with. This is not a mileage competition, this is a platform to get people to develop running as a habit and as a lifestyle through the medium of this challenge.

Submit Run Data

Submit your daily run data by the following steps:

2. Run / Walk for 20 Minutes daily with any running App

3. Take a screenshot of running App after Run / Walk and WhatsApp on this number 9829687996

4. In Case if you are not using WhatsApp, you can mail to us on 20minutesofrunning@gmail.com

5. You have to share Run/ Walk data on a daily basis
